easy to miss

The way the edge of the moon glows onto the night sky; a cosmic neon rim, illuminating void.

The subtle glitter between kernels of sand on a sun-swept beach.

How shadow defines the underbelly of a blade of grass; giving it contour and contrast.

When water flows, trickles, out of a ring-rusted hose; diffusing into the ground below.

How seawater recedes into the sand at Ocean's edge.

The sun cast onto a cloud, framed by deep blue sky, in a late afternoon summer heat.

How the leaves shimmer above one who walks through the forest, looking up whilst.

The softening of reality that encumbers our experience; just before we slip into sleep for the night.

The way starlight pitches onto grass on a new moon's night.

The infinite, unrepeating patterns found on wood grain floorboard; or a tree's gritted, hazel-plumed bark.

There are many patterns and rhythms in reality that are overlooked. I've just attempted to describe a few that came to top of mind, from my recent trove of experience. However, language is no substitute for experience, and I encourage you to go look for yourself. To go see what is plainly in view, yet hardly ever observed: The indescribable expressions and blossomings of your experience. Easy to miss, yet more tangible than any thought, concept, belief, or idea.
